Poly-Glot AI Workspace is developed by Harold Moses.

Information We Collect

App history and settings may be stored on your device. When you use connected AI services or the remote Poly-Glot MCP server, requests are transmitted to the selected services. The MCP backend verifies account entitlements and records operational metadata such as tool usage and errors; a signed-in account is required for trial activation and restricted Send actions. Do not submit passwords, API keys, or private receipts in support messages.

In-App Purchases

Apple processes in-app subscription payments. Poly-Glot may verify and record subscription entitlement state or Apple transaction identifiers to determine feature access; payment card details are handled by Apple, not by this website.

Third-Party Services

This website uses Google Analytics and a TikTok advertising pixel. Website visitors may have browser and interaction data processed by these services under their own policies. AI providers, optional custom-model endpoints, speech-recognition services, and audio/transcription providers may process content when you choose to send it. Their separate privacy terms apply.

Photo to AI on Mac, iPhone and iPad (Coming Soon)

OCR extracts editable text from photos locally on your device.

On iPhone or iPad, take or choose a photo. On Mac, choose a photo in Finder. Poly-Glot copies the image and opens the selected AI destination. Paste or attach it in the AI chat, then send. iOS also offers an optional native Share Sheet. Poly-Glot does not automatically upload photos to its own server. Receiving AI services may process or retain shared photos; image paste and attachment support varies by provider.

Included in the 3-day trial; Pro required afterward.

Optional in-app usage analytics

When you opt in to usage analytics in iOS or macOS Settings, Poly-Glot can send six types of usage events to PostHog: trial started, first send, AI provider opened, app returned, Compare Mode used, and daily free send used. The events may include platform, selected provider, trial/Pro status, and a random installation identifier. This is pseudonymous usage data, not a count of confirmed subscriptions or App Store downloads. The app telemetry module does not send prompt text, AI responses, names, Apple account IDs, payment details, or session recordings. PostHog may process IP addresses in transit. You can disable usage analytics in Settings to stop new app events and remove the local installation identifier. Website analytics and MCP server operational logs are separate from this optional app telemetry. Contact us to request access or deletion.

It does not transmit prompt text or AI responses.
